We offer transportation to and from doctors’ offices, dialysis appointments, and other needs you may have during your stay at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. You will find the transportation secretary at the central nursing station. She will be more than happy to schedule your appointments and let you know of any upcoming appointments that you may have.
